Although the bear was being taken care of and was found in good health; the family was still separated and imprisoned. I didnt realize the animals location was more important than the location of Munda and his daughter Dulki. What’s really sad is they just lost his wife, her mom. This world is so backwards.

You are right, backwards in deed. I stand 100% behind protecting the habitat, but I also expect the same devotion when it comes to human rights and the right of this family. But I guess to those officials involved, the safety of the bear-cub worth much more than the dignity of that family.
